## 40.1 — 5 capture modes
voice, photo, GPS, measurement, text. Each opens a sub-flow and yields a typed artefact.

## 40.2 — Capture is inline
Capture flow lives in AssistantDock, not a dedicated view. Quick capture is the goal.

## 40.3 — Privacy: GPS is opt-in
Per DOM default, browser asks first. Oscar never auto-requests location.

## 40.4 — Failure is user-visible
Capture failures show a status message; auto-retry disabled.
